Situations

Introductions, by situation

01

Houses That Need Work

A worn roof, aging systems, cosmetic wear — we introduce the house as it stands, and we do not ask you to repair anything first.

02

Inherited & Probate Property

A house that has passed to you — we arrange the introduction to buyers in your area.

03

Behind on Payments

We can't help with the foreclosure itself. If selling is something you'd consider, we can introduce you to a buyer.

04

Rentals With Tenants In Place

A rental with tenants living in it — we introduce the property as it is, occupied, and we ask for no repairs or showings.

05

Vacant Property

A house nobody lives in anymore — we introduce it to local buyers, and we ask for no repairs.

06

Relocating

You are moving and the house is staying behind — we arrange the introduction, so there is no listing to manage from a distance.

07

Divorce

Selling a shared home — we introduce it to local buyers, and we don't list it.

Process

How an introduction works

Here is the whole process, including where our part ends.

01

Describe the house

Share the address and the general condition of the house, in the chat on this site or by phone.

02

We make the introduction

We share the details you have given us with buyers in your area; that sharing is the introduction.

03

You decide what happens next

Any offer comes from the buyer after they have seen the house. We take no part in pricing or negotiating.

Real Estate Alex is paid by buyers for introductions, so we have a financial interest in homeowners choosing to sell to a buyer we introduce.

Questions

Questions, answered plainly

What happens to my details after I reach out?

We share the details you have given us with buyers in your area. That sharing is how the introduction happens. Our Privacy Policy covers how your information is handled.

Who will contact me?

We may contact you, and the buyers in your area that we share your details with may contact you too. We text you only if you have opted in, through the chat on this site or by texting us first. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop our texts.

Do I pay you anything?

You pay us nothing. Buyers pay us for introductions, so we have a financial interest in homeowners choosing to sell to a buyer we introduce.

What kinds of houses and situations do you work with?

We introduce homeowners to buyers across the United States in these situations: a house that needs work, an inherited or probate property, a rental with tenants in place, a vacant property, relocating, and divorce.
