These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of realestatealex.com (the "Site"), operated by Real Estate Alex. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Informational site, not an offer
The Site is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site is an offer to purchase your property, an appraisal, a solicitation, or real-estate, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the Site should be relied on as such. Any figure, range, or example shown on the Site is illustrative only and is not a valuation of any specific property.
An actual offer to purchase your property is made separately, in writing, and becomes binding only once both parties sign a purchase agreement. Contacting us, requesting an offer, or receiving a figure from us creates no obligation on your part or ours.
Text Messaging (SMS) Communications
If you provide a phone number to Real Estate Alex through realestatealex.com or by texting us first, we may contact you by text message (SMS) about your inquiry and the sale process for your property. This section explains how that works.
How consent works
Submitting your phone number through a form on this site, or texting us first, is how you opt in to receive text messages from Real Estate Alex at that number. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of requesting an offer, of any purchase, or of doing business with us. Consent applies only to the person who provided the number, and you can withdraw it at any time as described below.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the situation you contact us about. You should expect no more than about 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any text message at any time to opt out. Once you reply STOP, we will send no further text messages to that number, aside from a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers, including mobile network operators, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Estate Alex and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Real Estate Alex and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, reproduce, or republish Site content for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked site, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
